Hi, I'm Jan Daniel
I am fascinated by what automation can do. My mind naturally dives deep — sometimes too deep — into planning, structure, and logic. Instead of letting that slow me down, I've embraced an AI-assisted, AI-accelerated workflow that brings ideas to life without losing momentum and keeps me creative, productive, and excited to build. It helps me prototype fast, maintain clean architecture, and apply best practices, while keeping me in full control of the code's purpose, behavior, and flow.
On a personal level, I am an introvert who values deep work and quiet focus. I thrive in environments where there is a shared and meaningful purpose. My comfort zone is the creative process itself.
The Pattern-Seeking Mind
Ever since I was a kid exploring the web, I was captivated by the idea that a single system could run on its own — generating value, solving problems, and working tirelessly in the background. That early fascination on automation never left me; it became the foundation of how I think and build today.
My mind is fundamentally wired for pattern recognition and conceptual expansion. I'm the kind of individual who would naturally diverge and expand ideas, constantly seeking the underlying purpose or real-world application of a concept.
This intuitive and pattern-seeking drive comes with a challenging internal hurdle: a relentless perfectionist mindset. While I possess a strong creative vision and strive for the absolute best outcome in any project—whether it's graphic design, systems architecture, or music—I often fall into what I call analysis paralysis. The fear of missing a critical best practice, overlooking security protocols, or relying on anything less than the optimal structure can stall a project indefinitely.
The Game Changer
Am I an expert? Nah, not even close. I was even unemployed for five years. I was constantly applying for developer/programming roles, but a lack of experience got me nowhere until I found myself jobless for too long. I was discouraged but I believe that God has His purposes and time for everything. The time came when I finally got my first job and it reflected my skills and mindset. Was it something grand? Not yet, but it was definitely an answered prayer.
A year later, I moved on to government work, where I studied Python for data science purposes. It was at this point that I’ve found a powerful way to bridge the gap between my high standards and my generalist experience by leveraging AI as partner, helping me quickly validate technical structures and security basics. This allows me to dedicate my energy to the areas where I naturally excel: the creative design, the user experience, and the development of functional, elegant systems. My aim is to focus on the creative solution while ensuring the technical execution is sound and structured.
I am skilled in logic and pattern recognition but not in memorization. I use this to create my own prompts and workflow while continuously learning and improving myself. The best part? I'm not just planning anymore—I'm shipping real applications.
